Our little miracles!!

On January 18th our 2 little miracles made their big debut!!
Gavin Tyler Sorensen at 1:49a.m, 6lbs 18in. and Beau Barker Sorensen at 1:53a.m, 5lbs 4oz 17.5in. Both healthy and SO perfect! We are so in love with these little guys and everyday we cannot believe they are ours!! We are loving being a family of 4!! (even after a rough first week:)

After 8 hours of labor, this is our first picture as a family of 4!!

Cutest little guys around! My amazing friend made these cute shirts for them:)

These 2 could not be more different! It's so funny! Gavin is a mini Tyler and Beau is a mini me! We laugh every day saying no one is going to believe they are twins!

Ty is the BEST dad ever! He loves his boys! He was so great and changed every single diaper in the hospital, helped me learn to nurse, burp them, plus so much more! All 3 of us are so lucky to have him!!

The crew that patiently waited for these 2 to arrive:) Even at 2 in the morning!!

Beau on the scale! Since we had to deliver in the O.R, just in case we had to do a C-section) Our moms were not allowed in there! But they have tons of nurses and luckily they snapped some pics for us! I was so worried I wouldn't get any!

and Gavin! They didn't get one in time so they set him back on the scale!

My Doctor and awesome nurse! I loved them both!!

Proud Grandmas!! They couldn't wait!

Seriously love this man of mine!! He was sooo great through the whole thing!!! He even told me I could get mad at him as long as I promised to forget about it after haha! Luckily I didn't get mad:) Labor was so perfect! I am so lucky! I was expecting the worse but it was not that bad! I got sick once I had the epidural and threw up a few (6) times because I was sooo thirsty and kept drinking (after I delivered I drank 3 cups of water and a coke.. amazing)! But everything went so smooth and I didn't feel anything:) (probably because during that last hour before I started to push, I pushed the epidural 4 times so I was completely numb and couldn't feel a thing!

and the last belly photo (I do not miss that thing.. the 1st night back in my bed I told Ty it felt like it was brand new! I felt sooo good:) Lovin' my bod being back to normal! Well almost back to normal) 37.5 weeks! I made it full term! WOOHOO:) Noone (including us) thought we would!! We are so grateful and feel very blessed!! Thanks to ALL our amazing friends and family who have supported us, and have made us feel soo loved as we start this new journey! We could not have done it without you! Our boys are so lucky to have you in their lives!!

Our New Years Weekend!

I love the Holidays, and I LOVE when Ty has days off of work!:) We tried to live up the weekend cause who knows when it could be the last with "Just the 2 of us"!! With our non stress test, Cheesecake Factory, shopping, concert, sleeping in, dancing the nights away, games, eating out, a lot, naps, and family stuff, I think we had a great weekend! I was sad when it ended.

35 weeks and still growing.. My belly is getting stretched!!!

My dad LOVES his "what defines you for 2011" pictures! (we do it every year) and my husband was the one who reminded him of it this year.. I think he just sucking up.. He did score some big brownie points though:) Dad- stake president (lives in his suit), Costa Rica trip, and ran 2 half marathons. Mom-soon to be Grandma, and YW'S (consumes her life). Ty- Ran 3 half's (I'm a proud, jealous wife). Me- Large and in charge:). Steven- Timp football coach. Suany- Ran her 1st half marathon. Derek- Missionary in Chile (home in a month!!). Brooke- CNA!! Kirsten- Dancing (her entire life!!!). It really is a fun idea and I am glad that my dad does this! It's fun to look back at the old pictures and remember what we did that year!

Met up with these cute friends and their hubbys for lunch!

Playing my new FAVORITE game, Dance Dance! (I think thats what it is called??)

The boys dancing the night away

34 weeks! (almost 35)

We started the weekend with this.. Our weekly (we go 2 times a week) visit to Labor and Delivery! Getting our non stress test.. The babies are great every time and that gets us done a lot faster! They are movers, and very healthy babies! Looks fun right:)

Happy New Year!!

My cute Grandpa Anderson!

My cute little 90 year old Grandpa Anderson passed away on December 19! He was super sick and had been in the hospital the entire month, and was beyond ready to pass on! My dads siblings all took shifts at the hospital so him and my Grandma were never alone! I feel so lucky that I was able to spend so much time with him durning my moms shifts!

He was moved to a rehab home the last 3 days of his life! So we celebrated my moms b-day there:) Probably wasn't the ideal birthday, but it was fun being together!

My cute grandparents! My grandpa was so miserable and it was so sad to see him in so much pain, but he kept a smile on his face, and was just grateful for another day! Even though he told us over and over that he was ready to pass on!

He passed away early in the morning on December 19th! We were so lucky to spend a few hours with him the day before and say our goodbyes! He was smiling and laughing with us as we got to talk to him, and ask for some last advice he could give us... He said not to get on the roof with a snowblower, cause that was really dumb of him to do! haha he is a funny man! It was probably one of the neatest things to be in that room with lots of family that last day! Makes losing someone special a lot easier, knowing he was beyond ready to go, and being able to say goodbye!

Some of my cute cousins:) and sisters!

My family!!:)

My other grandpa is buried at the same place, just a couple feet away!

Elder Perry is really good friends with my grandparents, and spoke at the funeral! He is so cute!

Ty and I with my sweet Grandma!

This man was a runner!! He would run every morning, even at 90 years old! The day he was admitted to the hospital he was going to run, but luckily the wind was so bad he decided not to! My goal is to be 90 and still running strong! I love this pic of his shoes! My favorite!!

I love and miss him so much! But I am so grateful to know I'll see him again!!:)

Christmas 2011!

We had such a busy December it flew right on by! I can't believe Christmas is come and gone! My cute old Grandpa passed away the week of Christmas so it didn't even seem like the holidays, but it made it extra special to remember my Grandpa, and spend so much time with family:)! *for some reason I always do my pics backwards.. oh well:)*

I am now 34 weeks pregnant and out of the danger zone! I can go into labor anytime and my doctor won't stop me! Woohoo! That was the best Christmas present! We had a appt today and I am dialated to a 1 and 80% effaced (TMI, but I want to remember!) Babies are both head down (last week twin B was breech.. the kid does flips inside.. who knows how cause there is not much room in there), so as of now we are going to be able to deliver normal!! We set my induction date for January 20th!!! We can't wait.. but I am REALLY hoping they come in 2 weeks:) Since they are both head down, they sit right on my bladder.. makes for long uncomfortable nights! But I am just so grateful to be this far with NO problems and healthy babies! We feel so lucky, and are sooo excited to meet these 2!! :)

We spent Christmas with my family this year and had a blast, and got spoiled like always! The twins got more gifts than we did:) Ty and I had a small budget for each other, and he out did him self like always.. He is seriously the bEST gift giver.. He got on my pintrest and looked at things I posted, and made me the CUTEST pillow out of the CUTEST fabric that was only one dollar! I am one lucky girl:) He has been way too good to me, and I am not an easy person to live with right now!

Opening presents!

Of course we had to line up at the top of the stairs.. My parents make Christmas so fun! Our day was super busy, we opened gifts, ate breakfast, talked to my brother in Chile (who gets home in 7 weeks!!), went to church, hung out with my dads family.. remembering my Grandpa, then played games with my moms family! We were so tired by the end of the day but couldn't have been a better day!

Our poor tree needs some decorations..!

This cute little guy turned ONE!! He had the cutest party ever and we were so glad we could celebrate with him! We love this little man:) Happy Birthday Nixon!!

Woods had us over for Gingerbread house making! The boys built our houses, and the girls decorated! It's not Christmas without making Gingerbread houses! We had so much fun.

Merry Christmas!!
