Fondue, Parties, and St George!!!

I am the worst at updating my blog.. unless I am super bored and the hubby is gone:( It's softball, and almost golf season and that pretty much consumes his life!! oh and he just got back into running (which I love, just wish I could be joining him!) and is running a half on Sat! I couldn't be more proud, JEALOUS, and excited for him! Besides working, this is our life as of lately!!

I have been obsessed with fondue lately!! Just the cheese and the chocolate though! MMM my favorite! We had a party with some of our friends and it was a blast!

and another party!! Good thing Ash came and saved me by making the cheese fondue and the chocolate! I was a little nervous to try making it on my own! She is amazing!! We had so much fun:) I love these girls!!

Ash had us girls over for lunch on day and it was AMAZING!!! She is the best host, and the BEST party planner... She put soooo much work into it just for us girls:) Homemade lemonade, chicken sandwiches, salad, fruit, and cookies! Plus and gift for all of us.... Yep, amazing! I felt like I was at a tea party! It was so much fun!! These pictures don't even compare to the real thing. I love her to pieces and had such a fun afternoon!!!! Thanks Ash!!!

A couple weekends ago we went to St George with Kristi, Justin, and Crew!! We had SO.MUCH.FUN (like always). Ty spoiled me rotten, but I think it was because he wanted to golf like the whole time:) Kristi and I went shopping, went to Target, drank A LOT of cokes, got a massage, tried to golf but it was freezing, and got pedis!! We all ate lots of really good food!! Got awesome deals with the Dixie Direct cards (haha)... saw a movie on the most comfy seats ever (ask Kristi... haha), and had sooo much fun!! Thanks Kristi and Justin for inviting us to tag along with you guys!!! It was a much needed get a way!

On the way home we had to stop at Cafe Rio in Cedar... Best Sunday dinner:)!!

I have been obsessed with Pizza Factory breadsticks.. So we had to go there! They are the best in St George.... Try one:) Well, thats all for now!

The Latest!!

I'm getting Spring Fever and soooo ready for the warm weather to stay!!! We have kept ourselves busy until it does! I'm loving that Ty is done with school!! We get to play all the time and it's so fun!

We went bowling with friends and I am the WORST bowler ever!!! I felt bad that Ty had me on his team.. good thing he is a awesome bowler and kept our score up:)!

One of my BFF's had a baby girl a week ago and she is the cutes thing ever!! We loved little Hailey the second we saw her:) Congrats Nat and Sam!!!

My dad had a birthday... We went on a birthday run (tradition) to celebrate and it was SO fun!! I love my dad:) especially running with him!! He is amazing and is the best dad ever! We celebrated with my family by eating yummy food and playing games... his choice:)

And this man had a birthday!!!! I love spoiling him, and luckily we both had the day off so we got to spend all day doing whatever he wanted:) We went to Park City and ate the best pizza ever on Main Street!:) He is such a great husband and I love him so much!! Happy 26th babe!! (seems so old:)

Us girls surprised our hubbys and took them to I-fly in Ogden! We found an amazing deal and they got to surf, sky dive, and rock climb!! It was so fun and funny to watch them;) Us girls had lots of fun too! My friends are the best:)

February!!

Ty and I are boring and don't do stuff for each other on Valentines day! I would rather have Ty surprise me on a random day then when he is "supposed to"! I know I'm scrooge haha:) But he did surprise me to dinner at the Melting Pot (he made reservations in Dec... so cute!!)!!! We both had never been and seriously it was THE BEST NIGHT EVER! We had so much fun, and the food was to DIE for... my favorite was dessert.. ah bliss! I keep telling Ty I can't wait to go back!! Then we watched the Bachelor! Couldn't get any better than that!

I really thought I would never eat again... we ate SOOO much, but of course I was hungry 3 hours later!!

Ty tried the lobster and it was so funny! He HATES HATES HATES sea food. He wouldn't eat some chicken cause it was touching shrimp.. really! But I'm glad he tried it! :)

Ty's nephew got baptized a couple weeks ago in Vegas! It was lots of fun to get a way and out of the cold! We had a late flight but as we were checking in Dyami got a call saying our flight had been delayed a couple hours! 7 hours later we left.. It was a long night but we had fun:) We made sure to get LOTS of snacks and free food while we waited ! Around 1 am all the drunks came and woke everyone up cause we were going to VEGAS!! Haha they were annoying but funny!

I love her cheesy smile! I like to go shop with her without her parents cause people think she is mine! I would take her:) We love her to pieces!

Ty and I found Qudoba by his sisters house... We LOVE this place and wish they had one in Utah! We had to go there and it was SOOO good:)

We got to play lots outside cause it was so nice (I want winters in the 60's and 70's)! We roasted marshmellows!!

Where we camped out for 7 hours at the airport! Thank goodness for Prison Break! Michael Schofield kept Ty and I entertained! (we just finished and seriously I cried for 20 min! my hormones are out of control! It was so funny)!

I love him:) He makes everything more fun! Even when we do nothing! :)

Catch Up!

Catching up: We had a really fun Christmas break! We spent Christmas Eve and Day with Ty's family, and like always it was lots of fun! We also got to talk to my little brother on a mission! It was so good to hear from him. He is doing awesome!! I seriously wish it could always be Christmas. I just love it:)!!

and just this last week our friends had their baby boy Brox! He is so cute and we love him already! Congrats Matt and Jess!

My Little Brothers Wedding!!!

Steven and Suany got married Saturday Dec. 18 in the Salt Lake Temple!! It was such a fun, busy, and cold weekend! Sorry this is a long post with lots of pics, but I had to document their day... (I took WAY too many pictures)! and they are a little out of order...

Their reception was one big party celebrating their marriage! My dad and I dancing! He has some pretty good moves.. He is a funny guy! I love my dad!

We have been so busy this month that I can't believe Christmas is THIS week! I am so excited and can't wait!!

NOVEMBER!!!

November was the best month!!:) I am sticking to my blog updates once a month! haha! We had so much fun playing and being with family and friends all month long! I love this time of year!

Black Friday SWAT team.. *ya we are dorks* I love BLACK FRIDAY! We scored this year! Stayed up all night (I think I am getting too old for that), good thing we had lots of Amp energy drinks, and treats:) We got everything plus more that we were looking for... We had a packed car.. It was the funniest night ever:) Don't mess with us! Aren't you jealous of my family! They are the COOLEST!

We spent Thanksgiving this year with my family! We ate with my dads family in SL then back to G-ma Barkers for dessert with my mom's family!

Happy Birthday Matt!! I love being with friends and acting like we are teens again.... Seriously the best night...:) Lazer Tag is my new favorite thing! Next time just not in boots, I was and easy target!

Girls Trip!!!! We took a much needed quick trip to St. George and stayed in Ash's parents GORGEOUS home!! Here was the agenda.... Shop, shop, shop, eat, shop, paint our nails, eat, and shop!!! We had the BEST time.. I don't think I have laughed so hard in a long time! We had no plans and just did whatever whenever! It was a great getaway before some have BABIES!!:)

Pizza Factory in St George is WAY better than ours! Um the breadsticks were THE.BEST.THING.E.V.E.R!!!!!! We went twice just for me:) Love these girls!! Can't wait to do another one... But maybe bring Ty next time!!:)
